Who am I?
I'm Rachel, a dedicated bridal makeup artist with a passion for helping brides feel their most beautiful on their special day.
After years of self-practice with makeup and formal training, I've honed my skills in creating customised bridal makeup looks that reflect each client's style. I've always had a keen eye for detail and a love for enhancing natural beauty. My goal is to ensure that you not only look stunning but also feel confident and radiant throughout your wedding day.
I believe that makeup is more than just products; it's a powerful tool for self-expression and empowerment. My approach is centered on understanding your vision and creating a look that complements your dress, venue, and overall aesthetic. Whether you prefer a natural, glamorous, or dramatic style, I'll work closely with you to achieve your desired result.
I love seeing brides look and feel beautiful on their wedding day, which is what I aim to achieve. As I only take on one wedding day, I am never rushing off when your makeup is done. I am on hand for last minute touch ups, post-reveal tears, or anything else that I can assist with from drying off flowers, cutting labels from dresses, helping you into your dress and much more. I am there until you are ready to leave for your ceremony.
I have been married for 22 years and have two sons. In my spare time I am a Ballroom & Latin Dancer and compete when I can. You can often find me in the gym too, I love a Zumba or Strength development class! Whilst I of course don’t wear makeup to the gym, my 15 years of dance experience has taught me alot about how makeup can make you feel.
I truly believe that what you get from makeup isn't just bold or subtle lips or striking or smokey eyes, it's the way makeup makes you feel that is key.
My aim is to help make you feel your best on your special day because after all, it's all about you!
